Wood briquettes are an ecological and efficient alternative for heating homes and commercial spaces
These products include straw or alfalfa briquettes, feed pellets, wood briquettes with added nutrients.
We produce and sell straw briquettes of the best quality
There are a number of benefits associated with using a pellet or briquette fire pit compared to a traditional wood burning fire pit.
1. Collection of raw material: Wood and grain scraps used for the manufacture of briquettes are collected from various sources, such as wood processing factories, wood depots or cuttings left over from deforestation as well as straw left over from grain harvesting.
2. Raw material cutting and drying: Wood scraps or straw are cut into small pieces and dried to a moisture content of about 10-20%. Drying is important to ensure efficient burning of the briquettes and to prevent mold or fungus.
3. Grinding and Mixing: The dry raw materials are then ground in a mixer to create a fine powder. This mixture may also include natural binding agents such as lignin, which bind the wood particles together to form the briquettes.
4. Compression : The fine wood powder is then pressed with a hydraulic press at high pressure into regular shapes such as cubes or cylinders. This high pressure causes the wood particles to stick together and form a compact and durable briquette.
5. Drying and packaging: The newly formed briquettes are then dried for 24-48 hours to remove any remaining moisture. They are stored in a cool, dry space to prevent the growth of mold or bacteria. Packaging in bags or boxes.
